1. Who we are

Zana is a product of Drwintech LTD, a company registered in Kigali, Rwanda. This policy applies to the Zana waitlist landing page and any data collected through it.

2. Data we collect

When you join the Zana waitlist, we collect:

Email address — provided by you through the signup form
Signup source — which form on the page you used (automatically recorded)
Timestamp — the date and time you joined

We do not collect names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or any other personal data through the waitlist form.

3. How we use your data

Your email address is used exclusively to:

Notify you when Zana launches and early access becomes available
Send you your waitlist position confirmation
Communicate important product updates before launch

We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Data may be processed in the European Union or the United States in accordance with Supabase's data processing agreements.

5. Data retention

We retain your email address until one year after the public launch of Zana. After that period, waitlist data that has not been converted to an active user account will be permanently deleted.

6. Your rights

Under Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Deletion — request that we delete your data at any time
Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from communications

7. Cookies

The Zana waitlist page does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Zana evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
